Unfortunately, the Urban Room felt cramped, especially with the shower door, made it tough to step in. The constant beeping of the phone at night and the TV turning on at 3 am were distractions that disrupted sleep quality. There was dust on the furniture, and I found a plastic cover in the shower, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

the hotel was ideal and beautiful, really enjoyed city view from our double room. the setting was good, next to israel, the restaurant and a nice area, close to restaurants and shops. it also was in a cafe down the road. the room we had included a safe box, a mini bar, and an electronic key card.

Really enjoyed a decent size and stylish rooms.
The hotel was ideal and incredibly beautiful and exactly what we needed. Booked a room with view over a park. It was in an amazing location close to restaurants and cafes.

Staff were friendly and helpful .
The pillows were the worst I've ever slept on, and when I requested a change, only a similar quality pillow was sent. The breakfast policy was unreasonable for tourists, as we had to miss out on it due to early tours and couldn't even grab a quick croissant. Our first room had a view into a back alley, leading to a disappointing experience and plenty of mosquito invasions.

The location stood out. It was an easy walk to the Western Wall and local markets. The stylish decor added a nice touch and the WiFi worked perfectly. A Nespresso machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered an excellent selection. The room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The towels were threadbare, and the shower had a flooding issue with no storage for toiletries. I noticed the air conditioning could only be adjusted in certain areas, not ideal. The small pool was nice for summer, but I wouldn't call it luxurious. Some noise from outside bars was disruptive at times. The room also lacked proper storage options, just shelves and a rail which got dusty. There were enjoyable aspects, but some upgrades are definitely needed to match the price.

The hotel has a swanky vibe, a really good breakfast selection, and a cozy Nespresso machine in the room. It's conveniently located near a lively pedestrian zone, surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
The external noise from nearby bars can disrupt sleep, particularly for light sleepers.
