    cramped room

Unfortunately, the Urban Room felt cramped, especially with the shower door, made it tough to step in. The constant beeping of the phone at night and the TV turning on at 3 am were distractions that disrupted sleep quality. There was dust on the furniture, and I found a plastic cover in the shower, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

    Staff were very amiable.

the hotel was ideal and beautiful, really enjoyed city view from our double room. the setting was good, next to israel, the restaurant and a nice area, close to restaurants and shops. it also was in a cafe down the road. the room we had included a safe box, a mini bar, and an electronic key card.

Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had very pretty and perfect room with the balcony. The location was great and stunning, near a cafe across the street as well as Israel and easily accessible.

Really enjoyed a decent size and stylish rooms.

The hotel was ideal and incredibly beautiful and exactly what we needed. Booked a room with view over a park. It was in an amazing location close to restaurants and cafes.

    friendly staff
    uncomfortable pillows
    poor breakfast policy

Staff were friendly and helpful .

The pillows were the worst I've ever slept on, and when I requested a change, only a similar quality pillow was sent. The breakfast policy was unreasonable for tourists, as we had to miss out on it due to early tours and couldn't even grab a quick croissant. Our first room had a view into a back alley, leading to a disappointing experience and plenty of mosquito invasions.

    stylish decor
    great wifi
    excellent breakfast
    poor cleanliness
    limited storage

The location stood out. It was an easy walk to the Western Wall and local markets. The stylish decor added a nice touch and the WiFi worked perfectly. A Nespresso machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered an excellent selection. The room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The towels were threadbare, and the shower had a flooding issue with no storage for toiletries. I noticed the air conditioning could only be adjusted in certain areas, not ideal. The small pool was nice for summer, but I wouldn't call it luxurious. Some noise from outside bars was disruptive at times. The room also lacked proper storage options, just shelves and a rail which got dusty. There were enjoyable aspects, but some upgrades are definitely needed to match the price.

    great breakfast
    noise disturbance

The hotel has a swanky vibe, a really good breakfast selection, and a cozy Nespresso machine in the room. It's conveniently located near a lively pedestrian zone, surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The external noise from nearby bars can disrupt sleep, particularly for light sleepers.

    rooftop pool

It was just a nice choice for a short stayover in Jerusalem with reasonable price. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from nearby bars.

    fantastic breakfast
    non-functioning fridge

Had a great stay! The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to wind down, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Do note, though, that our fridge didn't work, which was inconvenient.

amazing access to jerusalem's best parks and landmarks

I loved that everything was just a short walk away from the hotel, with both the great synagogue and the beautiful sacher park only about a 5-minute stroll away. The staff were friendly and the rooftop pool was fantastic.
